  • Substitute for program director when necessary (e.g., when he or she is away)

  • Maintain regular communication with residents and obtain ongoing feedback with regard to the quality of the program

  • Implement delivery of Competence by Design and resident evaluation system

  • Evaluate residents on entrustable professional activities

  • Review resident evaluations and provide resident status recommendations to program director

Section coordinator for resident education
