↵* Red = IPPS of 80 or higher, orange = IPPS of 70 or higher, yellow = IPPS of 60 or higher, and light yellow = IPPS of 50 or higher. The IPPS by definition has a mean of 50 and a standard deviation of 10. The higher the IPPS, the greater the priority for injury prevention.
