Crohn's disease presenting as a gastrocolic fistula

Abstract

A case of Crohn's disease which presented as a gastrocolic fistula is described. Clinical, laboratory and pathological descriptions are included. The incidence and various etiologies of gastrocolic fistulas are discussed.
